About UsDoral Human Resources Consulting, LLC was established by Dunia Cuneo, who has over 15 years of human resources experience in the areas of recruiting, training, performance management, career development, diversity program development, employee relations, benefits, compensation, safety, and compliance issues. Ms. Cuneo is currently the owner of Doral Human Resources Consulting, LLC where she is responsible for providing job seekers with resume, cover letter and biography preparation and career and interviewing coaching. She also provides HR consulting services to employers, which include training and development, recruitment, employment law compliance, Employee Handbook and HR policy and procedure preparation. Ms. Cuneo held various human resources positions with the State of Florida Department of Children and Families and the Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Thereafter, she was the Attorney Hiring Coordinator for 6 years for the law firm of Liebler, Gonzalez and Portuondo. Ms. Cuneo has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources and a minor in industrial psychology and a Master Certificate in Human Resource Policy and Management from Florida International University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management (GMSHRM), Doral Business Council, National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), Toastmasters International, Doral Business Council Forum and Junior League of Miami. |
